About the Academy

The AgLink Academy is the Learning & Development platform of AgLink Australia, created to deliver world-class training and professional development support services specifically to AgLink members and their teams.

The Academy, through its partnership with a select group of expert providers, actively develops and curates a range of Learning & Development services, products and tools for members to access, including:

  • Classroom and e-training courses
  • Coaching, mentoring and facilitation services
  • The AgLink Academy Online Library

The Online Library is a new initiative, designed to complement and support face-to-face training and in-situ development activities.

Across 2019-20, the Academy Library will be stocked with a range of tailor-made resources for leaders, managers, technical, sales and business enablement staff, including;

  • Links to external sources considered valuable to AgLink member teams

Community content is being sourced from around the AgLink ecosystem, enabling the sharing of practices, knowledge and experience between AgLink staff, and taking advantage of the deep and diverse pool of talent that exists in the greater AgLink Membership.
